On May 22, 2016 around 4:23 PM California Highway Patrol arrested Kyle Matthew Lydem (24) of Roseville on Hwy 12 in Clements.
Lydem was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Evading a Police Officer with Disregard for Public Safety and Evading a Peace Officer, both felonies and for Reckless Driving on a Highway and Driving without a license, misdemeanors, and released on bond.
