Per a press release: On May 23, 2016 Calaveras County Sheriff's detectives served a search warrant at a property on the 9000 block of Wendell Road in Mountain Ranch, for an assault with a deadly weapon incident that occurred on May 12, 2016.
During the warrant service investigators found three adults living in an RV. Multiple code compliance violations were observed, along with a sizable marijuana cultivation site.
The suspects claimed to be transients from both Amador and Tuolumne counties.
Joshua Hutchinson (42) was arrested for alleged 166(a)(4)PC-violation of a court order and 29825(a)PC prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
Teddy Villamor (56) was issued a citation for an alleged outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Amador County.
