UPDATE: CHP has changed this to a Hit and Run with no injuries.
May 24, 2016 at 8 AM: CHP is at the scene of a vehicle reported to have overturned on Hwy 26 near Barney Way in West Point.
An ambulance is also responding to the location. Be extra cautious in that area until the roadway is cleared.
