Supervisors have two Closed Session items of litigation before the meeting begins at 9 AM. They are constantly threatened with or served with lawsuits for their poor judgment and decisions.

The 3rd closed session item is appointment of health and human services director. That's a pretty big high paying position. Why has nobody interviews the outgoing director? Strange that it's so hush hush. Seems like ther could be more going on there but nobody's talking about it.
