UPDATE at 8 AM: This collision occurred around 3:20 AM and the northbound lanes of Hwy 99 are still blocked. Traffic is being diverted onto Sultana, but some are making uturns across the center divide, moving
cones, etc. What a mess!

August 2, 2016 at 6 AM: A bus has had a collision on northbound Hwy 99 near Liberty Avenue in Livingston and the freeway is blocked as a result.
At least one person has died in the crash. Emergency personnel are arriving at the scene. Fuel is leaking from the bus. Avoid the area if possible.
