UPDATE: The Hammer Lane offramp to Hwy 99 is closed while they recover the cement truck.
UPDATE: Two CHP are now at the scene.
October 7, 2016 at 10:20 AM: A loaded cement truck has rolled over
on Hwy 99 northbound at Hammer Lane in Stockton. A heavy duty tow truck has been dispatched.
The driver was pinned in. An ambulance is responding. Drivers have stopped and are trying to help the driver get out of the truck. CHP is en route. Avoid the area if possible until cleared.
