August 29, 2017 at 1:05 PM: That big rig is still stuck on Hwy 4 at Pacific Valley. CHP has been at the scene since earlier this morning.
A big rig tow is being dispatched to try and get the rig out of that steep valley, where it has been blocking the roadway.
