Parolee finally arrested in San Andreas

   Not at all surprising, a call to a residence in San Andreas eventually resulted in the arrest of
Dane Tonies (38) by the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office and California State Parole Officers.

   Tomies, who has a residence on Pope Street in San Andreas, was picked up at another residence on Berry Road.

    Tomies was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Threats and Parole Violation, all felonies.

   This followed a series of missteps by the Sheriff, where Tomies had been arrested and let go.
