We hear that Calaveras Supervisors are being encouraged to use secret cell phones or other communication devices to talk to supporters who are controversial, like McmAnus.
The public has a right to see all EMAILS to or from Supervisors and other elected officials.

All emails are discoverable in court. All brown act violations are cause to investigate what is really the agenda behind closed doors.
