According to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office on January 4, 2018 investigators served a search warrant at a mobile home located in the 1400 block of Railroad Flat Road
in Railroad Flat.
At this location deputies seized methamphetamine and paraphernalia indicative of drug sales as well as several thousand dollars cash.
The sole occupant of the house during service of the warrant, Michael Ray Miller (age 61) of Mountain Ranch, was arrested on various drug related charges
Miller was booked into the Calaveras County Jail with $40,000 bail on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, Possession of Marijuana for Sale, Maintaining and Operating a "Drug House", Possession of controlled Substance Paraphernalia and Illegal Possession of Doctor Prescribed Controlled Substance.
Miller was then released on Bond.
