Calaveras Sheriff has $1 million to try and enforce the Mills, Clapp and Tofanelli GREAT CALAVERAS CANNABIS BAN for this year.
Next year, according to DiBasilio, he intends to use ASSET FORECLOSURES on all property where they find cannabis, to help his budget, stealing all cannabis grow properties.
Supervisor Garamendi reminded him that it is illegal for a government to operate that way. Then, DiBasilio lied and said, "NO, out first decision is to follow the law." That contradicts his first statement, to cover his illegal activities.
