The current Sheriff, who could not get over 50% in his recent election bid, says that ALL people involved in his cannabis cuttings are CRIMINALS.

reminded him that this is CIVIL enforcement. DiBasilio then corrected himself and said that he will refer to the DA as criminals and it will be up to Yook.
And this man is a County Sheriff? He should NOT be elected to anything!!! I think we know who the real criminal is, here!!
