Supervisor of District 3 Michael Oliveira is still flip-flopping back and forth on the Great Calaveras Cannabis Ban!
Now he's again saying that he wants it to be on the November ballot for the voters to decide. Earlier in the year he voted in FAVOR of cannabis.
A week later he told some people he was for the BAN. We've never seen a bigger flip-flopper! We believe he is just trying to get re-elected.
