Gabriel Coss Vargas Jr (47) of Valley Springs, was arrested on Hackett Ct in Valley Springs on May 1, 2013 for allegedly Failing to Register as a Felony Sex offender, a felony.
Vargas was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies.
