As of 2:20 PM the Summit Fire, which is located in Mias Canyon and Bluff road in Banning
is now 2956 acres and 40% contained.
One structure was reportedly destroyed. Previous evacuations have been lifted at this time. Two injuries have been reported.
671 firefighters, 79 engines, 16 fire crews and 6 air tankers are battling this fire.
