Megan Korbelik, of Angels Camp is attending the 22nd Annual Youth Leadership Forum for Students with Disabilities in Sacramento July 25, 2013. Megan is representing Calaveras County at the forum.
From 9 AM to Noon on the west steps of the State Capitol near the Governor's and legislators offices, and will learn "How to be an Effective Change Agent," led by Sarah Triano, a Governor designee.
Then the student delegates will meet with local legislators and their staffs for personal discussions about issues facing the disability community
