The judge is asking Mr. Zimmerman if he wants to testify. She notified him of his right to remain
silent or to testify if you want to.
July 10, 2013 Zimmerman case: The defense objects to the judge asking whether he will testify. The judge overruled him. When she asked Zimmerman again he said he wasn't ready to decide yet.
Then all the attorneys headed up to the judges bench again. Now there are 6 attorneys up there.
The retired cop who has been testifying is sitting on the witness stand listening.
