There are always suspicious persons in the County. Here are a few that were reported to the Calaveras Sheriff on July 10, 2013:
Someone who had pitched a tent on a property across from Turner Park on Treat Ave in San Andreas was reported, but no report was taken.
A man yelling and possibly intoxicated from behind a bush at the Kwik Serv in Copperopolis on Feather Drive was reported, but the Sheriff took no report.
A deputy initiated checking for a suspicious person at Chatom Vineyards at 2:30 AM and then took no report.
At 7:22 AM a man was reported sleeping near the Sequoia Room Conference entrance at CalWorks. The man did not respond when questioned but they insisted they did not touch him. The Sheriff took no report.
