On February 1, 2014 Eric Luis Nelson (60) of Avery, was arrested at approximately 10:50 AM on Sturm Way in Burson for alleged Grand Theft (over $950), apparently several cords of wood, a felony.
Nelson was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff deputies and released pre-trial for lack of space.
