UPDATE at 10:45 AM: Injuries were minor in this collision and fire, per CHP.
July 18, 2015 at 10 AM: A car is fully engulfed in fire it was reported at Hwy 99 southbound and Whitmore Ave. in Modesto, after a collision.
Apparently the car rolled over but it right side up now. An ambulance is responding due to injuries. Traffic is backed up, so avoid the area until CHP can clear.
