July 18, 2015 at 9:30 AM: CHP just got another report of a dog in the back of a white pickup on Hwy 99 in Stockton, laying on top of the tool box, unsecured. We all see this every day in our area.Some people just don't care about their animals enough to protect them. There is a law in California that any dog in the back of a truck must be secured with a short leash or chain.
