July 22, 2015 at 5:40 AM: A van that is stalled on northbound Hwy 99 at Main in Turlock reportedly has almost been hit by a big rig.
Apparently the passengers have tried to push it out of the roadway without success. CHP is en route to the scene. Use extra caution if in that area.
