On May 8, 2016 the California Highway Patrol arrested Robert Francis Powell (24) of Plymouth on Hwy 49 and High School Street in San Andreas.
Powell was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger, Manufacture for sale of a Leaded can or other dangerous object and Possession of a Controlled Substance while armed, all felonies, and for a Concealed Loaded Firearm, Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Public Place, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession for Sale of a Switchblade knife, misdemeanors, in addition to Possession of under 28.5 grams of marijuana, an Infraction and was released on Bond.
