On May 2, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Cristy Marie Stewart (35) of Mokelumne Hill on Hwy 49 across the county line in Amador County.
Stewart was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a Firearm on a Person, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, not a Firearm and Infliction of Corporal Injury on a Spouse, all felonies and also Vandalism, a misdemeanor.
Stewart also was booked for alleged outstanding warrants for Felony Assault, Battery on a Spouse and Exhibiting a Deadly Weapon.
