He had announced ON VIDEO
that he was the head of OES in Calaveras County, and then tried to blame other Supervisors for the incompetence of the fire crews, Sheriff's department, etc.
Three days and probably a thousand phone calls later, he dumped the OES job on the Sheriff. Then he hired a press woman to give false statements about how wonderful he was. This is a disgusting individual who cannot stop lying to or respect the public's need.
At least Chris Wright evacuated his family in person. He says he had to stay and feed everyone at his coffee shop....hmmm!

I wonder how Edsel felt when our sheriff passed due to the extra stress he placed on him? Vote for no incumbents on the supervisor election and get rid of these lame lazy supervisors.
I think you are right about that. Gary couldn't handle the extra strees, drank more, etc. Edson was supposed to take care of that job and refused. didn't like all the phone calls. I agree. No incumbents.
