On January 5, 2016 at approximately 10:50 PM CHP arrested Thomas James McNicholas (50) of Arnold on Manuel Drive in Arnold.
McNicholas was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged DUI and Reckless Driving, along with four outstanding alleged warrants.
