UPDATE: Turns out these cars were attempted to get up the mountain without CHAINS! Lucky they weren't hurt!
January 23, 2017 at 11:55 AM: Three vehicles are reportedly stuck in the snow on Hwy 4 near Big Trees State Park.
Hwy 4 is blocked until a tow truck can reach the area and free the cars. Snow keeps coming down.
