The Angels Camp Police Department has now identified the "stranger' who reportedly annoyed some children in Angels Camp.His name is apparently Victor Varnier, and this church even provided a ride to Modesto for this man. Be careful who you donate to. ACPD is now trying to locate him.
He is 47 years old with an extensive criminal record out of Montana and other areas. If you see him call Angels Camp Police at 736-2567 or 754-6500.
