It is not against the labor laws, either to refuse to hire a racist or to fire a racist for their acts of racism! Have you noticed that most of the people marching with guns and kkk are unemployed? Gee, wonder why!!
Companies with policies against racism in their employee base will be the successful ones in this America. NO White Supremacists!
For many years, it has been not such a big thing, but NO LONGER!! In an interview, you can ask them if they ever read Breitbart or other racist media outlets and adhere to their ideologies?
It will tell you whether there would be a problem, either with customers or other employees right away.
