Fires in Southern California

December 8, 2017:  As of around 6:45 AM CalFire indicates that the Thomas Fire in Ventura County has reached 132,000 acres and is only 10% contained.

73 residences are reportedly destroyed and many other damaged, along with other structures. 15,000 structures are threatened as it gets closer to Santa Barbara.

The Skirball Fire caused a big change in the fire management. Bel Aire homes were burning and being threatened and the RICH do not put up with poor fire management.

Suddenly the National Guard and Corrections departments were called out to assist with the fires. Oh, how nice to be rich and powerful when your house may burn down.
