On December 27, 2017 around 2:20 PM Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Troy Steven Kimber (39) of San Andreas at the Taco Bell in Angels Camp.
Kimber was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Car-jacking, Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize and Vehicle Theft, all felonies.
