On December 25, 2017 at around 1:30 AM Jeffrey Hagerman (56) of Mokelumne Hill was driving a 2010 Dodge pickup on Hwy 26 near Spink Road in West Point.
According to CHP Hagerman drove off Hwy 26 and hit a power guy wire and a tree, then overturned the pickup into a ditch.
Hagerman was arrested for alleged DUI and then transported to Modesto Memorial Hospital for moderate injuries.
