December 21, 2017 at 9:35 AM: After calling the meeting of the continued Calaveras Supervisors meeting to order and beginning discussions on regulations of cannabis, suddenly Gary Tofanelli (D5) asked to go into Closed Session with legal counsel.
We aren't sure what it was about, but perhaps they will clarify when they come back out. Could it be that Tofanelli took offense to Clapp's referring to one idea a Supervisor had as "INSANE"?
During this entire months long battle over cannabis, Clapp and Mills have been nothing but trouble and they are the Supervisors Oliveira apologized for at Tuesdays session.
