On October 14, 2012 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office received a call from the Army Corp of Engineers at Hogan Dam in Valley Springs, about someone poaching, shooting water fowl from a ski boat.
They were reportedly shooting anything alive....per the caller.
There is no indication of any citation or arrest in the incident.
