Most of us realize that you have to take most things you see on FOX News with a giant grain of salt.
However, last weekend, the John Stossel report brought out some of the truth that is necessary for us to know about our US Postal Service.
The number one thing he pointed out, which you never hear anyone say is "The US Postal Service is a monopoly." This is 100% true!!
And as a monopoly, they have continued to raise their own salaries and benefits and refuse to become businesslike in any way.
We agree with everything Stossel had to say about the waste, incompetence and the fact that the public DOES indeed pay the bill for it all.
Congratulations to John Stossel and FOX News for their accurate and honest representation of this obsolete, wasteful, and entirely dishonorable institution.
Remember when they broke up the Bell System (AT&T). Why has this one gone on for so long?

John Stossel, in addition to his TV programs, has a production called "Stossel In The Classroom"(Google), whereby he exposes much of the false information taught in the public schools and major media.
