One of our comments yesterday referred to Supervisor Spellman an an Emporer
when he ran the Board of Supervisors meeting yesterday.
Ran is too strong a word. Callaway was absent and so he filled in as chair. Among many challenges Spellman faces is the inability to actually tell the audience what the agenda items are, even calling for a vote without reading the resolution.
