Op-Ed....Rumors of the Spellman Rise to Fame.....

There have been rumors all around about District 5 Supervisor Darren Spellman's loss of support
for a re-election in Rancho Calaveras.

Regardless, rumors persist that he may try for an even higher office, like Denhams seat, but we think not!

Knowing Supervisor Spellman his dreams are way above that. He could even plan to run against Jerry Brown next election. What a guy!!!

He would have to take his Donkey Pen with him wherever he went, though.

Why don't we offer to send Supervisor Spellman to Carson City, instead of Newsome.

I think that rumors of Spellmans rise to power are greatly exaggerated.

Oh my, do I really have to watch the video and feel embarrassed, can't you just tell me what he did this time!

Glad Darren has aspirations for the bigger picture. No doubt he has cut his teeth in the most hostile of any political arena I've ever seen at any level in government. Continue the good work, Mr. Spellman!

Now, Mr. Spellman, you aren't supposed to make your own comments. Who else would dare say something like that? Who could be that dumb? LOL

Could be his wife? She's extremely political!

LOL! Nope, wrong AGAIN!!...I’m not Jack, I’m not Darren, and certainly not Ms. Spellman. Just a tax paying Calaveras County resident exercising my right to free speech. So having a different opinion from the flock of sheep makes me dumb. Hmmmmm. I'll just sit back and wait for something REALLY worth my time to respond to. Group think is such an interesting phenomenon to watch in action. Baaaaaaaaa!

I remember like it was yesterday, Spellman in his new suit, tie, new highly polished shoes confronting Congressman Lungren, advising Lungren that Spellman was going to run against him. Actually, it wasn't yesterday. It was about this time in his first year in office. Look at the bright side Lungren is gone. McClintock is in. Darn, another embarrassment for Spellman.
No Baaaaa ing.
Remember the good ole days?

Well let those in glass houses... So you've always made the right decision in the course of performing your job? You've always made the right choices? And of course you've done it in a public forum where your every move is documented and cataloged by the finger pointing, I told you so, select few of our distinguished misinformed citizenry....wolves in sheep clothing... Baaaaaaa Pt II. Infamous sequel to Baasaaa Pt I..... Be right back.. Gonna get some popcorn!

Well, we need to laugh sometimes. Maybe he should stay. He sure makes the other supervisors look good.

Baaaaaa, Baaaaaa, Spellman. Don't put too much butter on your popcorn.

Baaaaa Spellman, most people have to make the right decisions in the course of doing their jobs. If they don't they get fired
Public forum, quit whining Spellman. The finger pointers include a lot of the people who helped you get elected, remember them?
Now they are tired of you running all over the state to try and get noticed for possible higher office. Those you're trying to get noticed by will eventually realize how you under represent your district.
If your actions are documented, cataloged, so much the better.
Baaaaa, Baaaaa, Spellman.

Can someone please identify Spellman's accomplishments during his 2 1/2 years tenure? Oooops, I mean the positive ones. We all know the negative ones. They are easy to remember.
