Due to the Wilensky CHIPS program, which clear cuts all brush and way too many trees
from Ebbetts Pass and takes them to Amador County to burn in a high-pollution furnace, the forest will look different from now on.
All so that Wilensky and his cronies can MAKE MONEY. Yes, they are selling shares in their furnace in Amador County.
No more low lying brush for the small critters to eat or hide in; no more small trees that would replace the larger ones.
Nothing but an ugly desert-like landscape and we have Steve Wilensky and Merita Callaway to thank for it. The lower part of Forest Meadows is getting it right now. Have you noticed?
If you dont' clear-cut your land the way they want, the government (CHIPS), led by CalFire, will come onto your land and do it for you (at your expense).
When people fear the government coming intruding into their lives, this is the perfect example. Are we well rid of one of them?

Would you rather see dead trees due to forest fire? Cleaning the forest floor will reduce fire danger. Watch the greening of the forest floor-more food for critters.
Forest Fires are caused by bad people, not having a thick healthy forest. The animals will have starved to death because every year the idiotic new laws require you to clear-cut your property for CHIPS. Not one cent of the tax per building is going to fight forest fires. I've lost all respect for CalFire.
I totally agree with the last comment, especially about CalFire. We have to pay to repair earthquake damage that only occurs in the cities, but they don't have to pay for forest fires? Something is wrong here. Leave my property alone, you creepy losers! Me and my friends like the animals and want to give them a chance to survive in this "kill the animals" world.
Thank you Sierra Sentinel, for reminding us that we have Mr. Wilensky to thank for all of the clear-cutting of our forests. He scared the people of District 2 that they were closed in and going to be decimated by forest fires. And we all know that FEAR workd. Remember George Bush!!
