Redirect of Mr. Donnelly

   The defense knew that Mr. Donnelly was going to be challenged that he didn't tell
the State he was going to testify about the voice.

   The attorney then asked Mr. Donnelly whose idea it was to testify to this voice today?  He said it was his; that he called the defense on Saturday to tell him. 

   Now they are back in front of the judge with sound turned off.  Then the judge dismissed the jury for lunch.
