As everyone knows, the Grand Jury in the Michael Brown killing did not bring back an indictment of the officer in Ferguson.
The DA put a gag order on the Grand Jurors. At least one is filing a lawsuit, with help from the ACLU to go public with the claim that apparently not all of the jurors were against an indictment.
The District Attorney in the case is threatening to have the juror arrested if they go public with any details of the closed hearings.
