UPDATE: We have sent an email to all City Council persons, asking more details about whether they put it in writing that NO eminent domain will ever take place for trails.
We have also asked if they take responsibility for the horrid crimes,
sex assaults, drugs and even murders and fires that always take place on existing trails in such places as Sacramento. Residents and landowners deserve to know the whole truth!

The main item on the Angels Camp City council meeting agenda for Tuesday, January 20, 2015 is a Resolution supporting the Federal Lands Access Program for the Completion of the Angels Creek Master Plan and Trail.
How much land is being taken by eminent domain is our question? Also, we have asked the City if there will now be trails through Greenhorn Creek residents back yards?
