According to Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department, On January 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM while assigned to Patterson Police services they responded to a solo motorcycle collision at south Salado Avenue and South 2nd Street in Patterson.
When deputies arrived on scene they found 55 year old Henry Zepedo Chavez of Patterson unresponsive and not breathing.
Deputies began life saving efforts until emergency medical personnel arrived. Chavez was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency medial personnel.
Deputies requested assistance from the CHP major accident investigation team to conduct the traffic collision investigation.
