Yesterday in Stockton someone was passing out "Wanted" posters, but it wasn't for the usual thieves, vandals, etc.This one offered a $2500 reward for information or video of certain Stockton Police Officers who the poster said committed illegal acts against citizens, including shootings.
Apparently, this isn't illegal, but police are upset about it, since it puts officers in a bad light in general, and they are trying to find the source.
