On May 15, 2016 around 3:45 AM a neighbor on Silver Rapids Road in Rancho Calaveras called to report a noisy party at a nearby house.
A deputy contacted the owner who said he would shut it down for the night. Yes, its getting to be that noisy PARTY time of the year.
