Stefanee Lynn Riley, of Fayettevill, North Carolina, was arrested by Angels Camp Police on Sunday, August 19, 2012.
The arrest was for alleged Child Cruelty which could lead to injury or death, a felony.
Riley was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
