Matthew Thomas James, of Valley Springs, was arrested on August 25, 2012 for alleged Assault with a Deadly Weapon other than a Firearm and Vandalism over $400, both felonies, and for Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing a Public Officer and Violation of Probation, three misdemeanors.
James was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Calaveras County Sheriff's deputies.
