Angels Camp Police Department arrested David Andrew Hall (41), of Angels Camp, on Main Street on August 28, 2012 for alleged Rape of a victim incapable of consentand Penetration with a foreign object, both felonies, along with Sexual battery and Indecent Exposure, misdemeanors.
Hall was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
