On August 28, 2012 Kent MClain of Gardnerville was traveling on his 2008 Harley Davidson, westbount of Six Mile Road in Murphys, at a slow speed, according to the CHP report.
As he came around a sharp curve in the roadway, from right to left, it's possible that he may have mis-judged the curve or slightly hit his left foot peg on the roadway as he leaned into the curve.
Either way, the results were that MClain went off the roadway to the north and over the moderate embankment, where his bike went down onto its left side and he was ejected.
He was taken to Mark Twain Hospital with minor injuries.
