4-19-13: Now CHP reports that a black dog with a large 15 inch box wrench
is at Paloma at Gwin Mine Road in Valley Springs was reported at 10:03 AM.
Animal control has been called out in this case. Use extra caution in that area.
Why does it seem so many people not watching and taking care of their animals these days? It's so sad!
