Every year the group American Rivers names the top 10 American endangered rivers. This year the #1 is the Colorado River.
The river is threatened by outdated water-management techniques that allow an unsustainable amount of water to be taken out of the river basin.
As a result the Colorado River dries up before it reaches the ocean.
